Replacement Guarantee

Should any candiate leave your employ for any reason other than layoffs or redundancy within the guarantee period, one (1) free replacement per position or we will refund 50% of the placement fee, provided we are notified in writing within seven (7) days of the candidate's termination.

To qualify for the replacement guarantee, full payment of the original invoice must be received within 21 days of the date the employment commences.

1.5% interest per month on past due amount to 18% per annum.
